The most common wash system for truck washing is based on a 3-brush Rollover Machine.
This is a very flexible system where fixed wash programs or independently selected functions can be used depending entirely on the type of vehicle and how much dirt has accumulated on the vehicle.
A Rollover machine can be installed as with floor rail or traverse rail based on needs, preferences and wishes.

Westmatic Compact – smart and ultra-compact Drive Through wash
As the name suggests, Compact has very compact installation dimensions which gives great flexibility when placed in both new and existing wash bays. Few moving parts in combination with high quality materials and components guarantee high operational reliability and a long service life.
For best washing results, full-density brushes or polishing brushes are used, where the brushes overlap each other when washing front and back.
The well-proven mirror protection program ensures that the bus is washed without risk of damage. The compact machine is often supplemented with a splash guard, under-flush and low-flush rinse arches within the Compact concept. The goal is to minimise the wet zone in the wash bay to improve the work environment and facilitate washing.

Hybrid – ideal for mixed vehicle fleets
Hybrid is a drive-through wash for buses. This is a very versatile machine that effectively handle many other types of vehicles in addition to buses.
With Hybrid the vehicles can be washed all around with brushes, high pressure or a combination of both. Just like the Compact, the Hybrid has very small foot print and is therefore very flexible and easy to place in a wash bay.
Overlapping brushes in full density quality or polishing design, in combination with mirror protection programs, ensure a good washing result without the risk of damage to the vehicles.
To complement the machine, the system is usually equipped with an chassis wash, splash guard and rinsing arch.

Tornado
Westmatic's Touchless Drive-Through, the Tornado, is a touchless system for large vehicles such as military vehicles, heavy equipment, garbage trucks, tanker trucks, mining equipment and other large, irregular shaped vehicles & trailers (Skel’s, Tankers, & Flatbeds). The Touchless Tornado Drive-Through is best suited for larger fleets, which need to wash vehicles faster. The driver is guided through
the wash process via a traffic light
.
This machine utilizes 3 robotic high-pressure arches. One horizontal top arch, and two vertical side arches. The top horizontal arch can wash the front, sides and rear of the vehicle. The robotic arches can move into the centre of the wash bay and washing the front and rear with an overlapping movement.
The arches will also wash down the sides of the vehicle, with oscillating nozzles. The touchless Tornado is one of very few touchless systems in the world capable of self- adjusting to different widths and
irregularities of heavy vehicles and equipment.

Westmatic Super for large heavy vehicles that require intensive cleaning and sanitisation
Westmatics Super is perfect for large, irregularly shaped vehicles and equipment. A special wash system that can offer, for example;

Westmatic's high-pressure system consists of robot-controlled high-pressure arches to provide a uniform and shiny wash result. The robot arches wash self-adjusting over the vehicle's shapes, front, back and on the sides of the vehicle. Through this automatic system with adaptation to size and contour, your vehicle is washed safely and efficiently.

Westmatic Twin Line for train washing in both directions
With Westmatic's high-tech machines for train washing the front/rear and train sides will be washed in the most efficient and most time-saving way. Washing can take place in both driving directions. Twin Line models are produced for electrified and diesel-powered trains. They are also equipped with special brushes for best results. The systems are delivered completely customised. Westmatic has system solutions for registering and identifying trains. Twin Line can also be equipped with a number of accessories that further improve the washing results.
