Delivery & Installation
Close customer contact from the start
and throughout the entire life cycle
Long-term and sustainable partnerships start in the planning stage of both the construction of new wash bay and the upgrading of existing way bay.
With our extensive experience, we understand what works best under different conditions. Together with the client, we ensure that all needs are met, delivering optimised solutions with a focus on long-term cost efficiency and excellent washing results.
Total control over
construction, materials and manufacturing
Safety that extends beyond delivery
Thanks to our own technology department, we always have full control over the product design.
Wash bay environments demand robust construction of wash equipment and carefully selected materials to withstand tough conditions.
All new developments are tested on a full scale in our own wash bay, next to our head office in Arvika, to ensure that it will work well even in real life.
We always choose high-quality and responsible suppliers who we know guarantee good materials and components to ensure the supply of wear and spare parts over the life of the wash system.
All wash programs and functions are programmed by our own technicians, which gives us control over the interaction between hardware and software.
The manufacturing of the washing equipment is done by experienced assemblers in our factory in Arvika before it is prepared and packed for transport to Australia, where the Australian components are added to the equipment and then transported to the wash bay.
Secure monitoring for effective follow-up
After transport, installation and commissioning, we monitor the facilities remotely. By connecting us to the PLC and the respective machine, we can quickly and efficiently diagnose any disturbances, adjust settings and optimise the operation of the washing systems.
Clean & Green
Westmatic wash systems are developed and engineered to exceed some of the world's most stringent regulations for the use of water and power resources. Made in Sweden for markets with extreme climates - from hot to cold. Westmatic's system uses less water, chemicals and electricity compared to competing systems. Our nozzles are configured to use up to 50% less water while our highly efficient motors require less electricity.
