Service, maintenance
and support
Over our years in the business, we have established that between 80%-90% of issues with equipment is solvable through our remote technical support (Via Phone Link) and our clients wash bay manager. The wash bay manager is guided by our team to make relevant changes to the equipment as guided by our trained technicians. This eliminates the amount of call outs by our technicians saving you a great deal of maintenance costs.
Downtime is always prioritized. Your washer means a great deal to your operation, and we know this. Remote technical support is the first step to resolving an issue and Westmatic washers include free lifetime technical support as long as the washer is in service. Question? Concerns? Need help with complex diagnostics or something as simple as starting the washer?

Service agreement as needed
PMI (Preventive Maintenance Inspection) service agreements are available for all Westmatic washers and equipment in operation. PMI programs can be customised to align with the wash loads on the equipment and the needs of the facility. PMI program yearly visits can consist of two, three, four, six, or even twelve visits per year. You decide. We customise. Standard PMI and PMI-Plus programs available.
We utilise only Westmatic factory trained techs for PMI services and customers can expect detailed service reports and PMI checklist after every visit. If suggested repairs are found, quotes will always be supplied.
Warranty
Washing systems from Westmatic are delivered as standard with a one-year warranty.
