You can save on space and
building costs
Small footprint - save space and cost
Truck wash
The bay size is 24 Metres in length and 9 Metres in width. Past solutions required bay sizes of approximately 36 Metres in Length. You can save on space and building costs. We can achieve amazing wash results in this new reduced size bay and you can wash your B- Doubles or Triples in this bay
Bus Wash
We can now install our Drive Through Compact Bus Wash in a much smaller sized space.
Our technology achieves remarkable results in a compact 12m x 7.5m space, slightly larger than a standard bus. This reduction in footprint can free up valuable real estate or allow for downsizing your facility, saving on operational and land costs.
Westmatic Small Foot Print Bay
Maximise space efficiency
A smaller footprint bay size for washing trucks, or buses , equipped with our automatic drive- through system, offers several advantages.
First, it maximises space efficiency, allowing businesses to install wash bays in areas with limited real estate while still accommodating high vehicle throughput.
This compact design reduces construction and operational costs, including heating, lighting, and water usage, leading to significant savings. Additionally, an automatic drive-through system streamlines the washing process, minimising labor requirements and ensuring consistent, high-quality cleaning with every pass.

The reduced footprint also means less environmental impact, as water reclamation systems and energy-efficient equipment can be integrated more effectively. Overall, this setup enhances efficiency, lowers costs, and supports sustainability, making it an idealsolution for truck fleet maintenance.
Why Choose Our Drive-Through System?
Extremely Compact Design: Westmatic’s state of the art drive-through systems combine an ultra- compact design, along with a revolutionary operational concept.
Reduced Driver Judgement: Unlike traditional drive-through systems, driver judgment while traveling through the wash is not an issue. By simply following a traffic light, the driver is guided through the entire wash process.
Extremely Compact Bay: Westmatic systems require about half the bay length of traditional systems with the same number of brushes. Other units on the market require between 45 and 65 feet in length.

Cost Savings: By reducing the floor space required for the wash system by 50%, you will free up space in your existing facility and can save thousands in new building costs
