2016

Indiana Beverage, an innovative and growing family-owned beer distributor, built a new truck facility including a wash bay designed to automate the wash process. Working with Westmatic’s sales engineers, Indiana Beverage chose a 3-Brush Rollover automatic wash system to wash its fleet vehicles.

Westmatic’s Rollover/Gantry machines reduce wash cycle time and provide a thorough wash while protecting valuable fleet graphics.

Truck Wash Case Study

The rollover/gantry system does not rely on individual drivers to maneuver or drive through the wash system. The driver is directed by traffic signals to pull in up to the gantry and park. The machine begins the selected wash cycle and moves down the vehicle on a floor mounted track.

The system features Westmatic’s exclusive brush design. Our brushes are feather light and pre-flagged to deliver a safe, gentle friction cleaning. The brush design provides cost-efficient water and chemical delivery.

Indiana Beverage decided to add several options to their wash system. A chassis wash and a festoon system with detail wands. To help prevent freezing when the truck exits the system, Westmatic installed a system of onboard dryers.
